Hi everybody!
One of my New Year's Resolutions was to write something to the web page, so here it is:
I have been really busy ever since I got back home and that's good, because I haven't had the time to miss Miami a lot.
As soon as I got back home, I started my driver's ed and finally I passed the test on November and now I just love driving! The only problem is that all the roads are really icy at this time of the year and my parents are really worried about me driving alone.
School is pretty much the same as before. Since I have to do my Junior year again here in Finland, I'm a year older than everybody else and sometimes I find my class mates really immature. Since I don't enjoy partying that much anymore, I have more time to study now
and I also feel myself much more motivated than before.
What comes to my free time, I have started to take some salsa and ballet lessons and I really enjoy dancing. The weather has been pretty terrible lately, so I haven't had a chance to do any winter sports ( like snowboarding and ice skating ) and it looks really ugly and grey outside most of the time.
I feel really sorry about not keeping in touch with all the exchange students, but somehow last year feels really distant and I feel like I need some time to think about all the things that happened last year. My friends really don't understand, how much last year meant to me and that I'm not the
same person as before. Thank God, I have a couple of good friends that have patience listen to my "stories".
I know all this can sound like I'm really depressed, but most of the time I'm having a great time and I like challenging myself with a lot of new stuff all the time, since I now know that I'm able to do a lot of things that felt impossible before ( I hope you know what I mean ).
Well, anyway, I really hope that you all have a great year where ever you are and even if you don't hear from me so often, I haven't forget you!
