Liebe Friends,

Wie geht es Ihnen?  Mir geht es super.

Well things month was great and totally relaxing.  I loved it.  I spend most of the time in school and of course learning my German.  The last week of this month was the best.  I went to Taize, France with my host family and friends.  Well me and my host sister and the church youth group went on a bus and it took us about 14 hours to get there.  The first two days were slow and great of course.  Well in Taize reunited many people from all over the world to praise the Lord in their different ways.  Well they were all from different religions and we got to have conversation groups where we would talk about our religions and about God.  It was interesting.  I got to learn a little bit about the way Catholic people think and of course I got to witness to lots of people about Jesus Christ.  It was always something.  I think that I let people know a little bit about God and his real purpose in our lives.  I met people from Italy and France and Ugoslavia.  It was awesome.  I had lots of fun and lots of time to think and pray.  The services were totally different.  There were no chairs so we had to sit or kneel.  There was also a part only for what they called, the brothers.  They were dressed all in white and prayed.  I joined the choir and it was to die for.  It sounded so great.   The people in the choir were all the people who came here for Taize.  It was their first time and the conductor did amazing
things with our voices.  I loved it.  There was great weather the first few days and then the last days were all raining.  The songs were also great.  We sang more then they talked and that was awesome.  I realized
that people have different ways of praising the Lord and I have mines.  That is something I learned while talking with people.  Greetings to all and god bless.

Love,
Sabrina
