Report for the month of November

Hello to those of you that are reading this .
This is my summary  of the events that have taken place in the month past.


Oct 30 -Nov 2 London trip with the rotex .

Nov 9 -10  Took a trip with my school to Paris , France .
                 
Our 1st  stop was to  Basilique Saint-Denis  (a very old church that was built  over  Gallo- Roman  Cementery). Under the church is a hugh Crypt where there are the graves of  46 Kings, 32 Queens ,63 Princes and Princesses as well as 10 Great officers of the crown. We were led by a guide all threw it .  it was very beautiful.  Then we visited  Musée du Carnavaletthere we learnedthe history of Paris.  From where the 1st village waslocated untill the Modern one of today.Then  we did a Promenade dans le quartier du Marais.   Then we Découverte de l' ile Saint-Louis. After we all walk around  Paris .threw the markets and tourist areas. then we returned to out hotel to eatand rest .Repas chaud àl'auberge).By this time Iwas very tired!!  Dead on my feet is more like it). and address for those of you who would like to come to paris and stay at a nice ,clean and cheap  hotel.   After eating we took a tour around paris guided by our teacher. Then  visited the famous Museum the Louve. (Jue de piste nocturne dans le Louve.)  Saw the Mona Lisa, and others  it took us (me and my groupe) 3 hours to only do little more then half the museum.  Then  at 10:00 pm they let us lose on the city!!!  When they rounded us all up. They took us to the Eiffel tower and other monuments. We walked back to our hotel and I was ready to fall  over  couldnt seem to find the energy to climd up 4 flights of stairs. Reason -- WE WALK ALLLLL OVER PARIS !!!!!!!!!!
and except for the few hours on the bus  the rest of the day we were on our feet!Finally when i thought i was going to sleep all my  roommates  deside to have a partythey invited the rest of the bus to my room (it was  the biggest room).  This small party didnt end untill 3 in the morning!!!!!!

Well next day we all had to wake up at 6:15 AM.  Showered ,eat, packed up ,and loaded up the bus .
And yet again we start to visit the musems 1st stop   Musée RODIN  then  pique-nique dans le quartier de Saint-Germain des Prés.  Then visited the Notre Dame Cathedral and had 2 hours free time to shop. Then visit Les thermes de Cluny, then découverte duquartier de Montmartre.  Then we also had free time at the place du Tertre (once again the let us lose on the city).!  after once again the rounded us up ,we reprendre le car et  retour à Namur vets 23h.(that means we borded the bus and were on our way back to namur and arrived at 11:00pm).

Meet and had dinner with my two other families

Nov 17 99
Went to a Free party in the center of town .

Nov 19 99
My host parents had a small tennis party. Then I  went to my friend,  Tim Parkers, scouts    party.

Nov 20 99
Slept over onther exchange students house and prepared mexican food  for her family.

Nov 21 99
It snowed heavely  for the 1 st time today . About a foot of now . My  family took me for a walk in the country side and we all had a snow fight !!  (my 1st ever)

Was invited to a birthday party for a friend . Then slept over at a friends house where i had to help clean horse stalls.

Nov 25 99
My monthly rotary meeting ( we all went to see an excibition on Egyptin  Erotosisim )
Was very boring  and they didnt serve any food . Thanksgiving in the USA.


Nov  27 99
All  6 of us Americans in Namur had a small Thanksgiving for our  selves in one of our houses.

Well  that was a summary of  the month of November .
